Job Description

We're on the lookout for some energetic enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive/ Recruiters to join our growing team at Teleperformance, Malad. If you are passionate about recruitment and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, this opportunity is for you! This is a 6 day working gig.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen through job portals, social media and referrals
• Conduct telephonic and face to face interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC with 6 months of experience or fresh graduates with strong communication and willingness to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS office and job portals preferred
