Job Title: Learning & Development Executive (Entry-Level)

What Youll Do
As an L&D Executive, you will support the end-to-end learning processfrom planning and coordination to content creation and reporting. Your work will directly contribute to employee growth and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Coordination & Planning
- Assist in scheduling in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Help organize venues, materials, and tech setups for training events.
- Coordinate with trainers and teams for smooth execution of sessions.
2. Participant Engagement
- Communicate joining instructions and reminders to learners.
- Support participant engagement before, during, and after sessions.
- Promote learning sessions through internal communication channels.
3. Training Operations & Reporting
- Maintain attendance and feedback records.
- Track post-training assignments and generate basic reports.
- Support the creation of monthly dashboards for internal review.
4. Content Support & Communication
- Assist in creating training decks, templates, and e-learning resources.
- Help design posters, mailers, and announcements to drive participation.
- Follow up on assignments, feedback, and engagement metrics.
5. Vendor & Budget Coordination (With Guidance)
- Support coordination with training vendors and external partners.
- Assist in invoice tracking and documentation as per process.
6. Compliance & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records in LMS and internal databases.
- Support audit-readiness and adherence to HR and L&D processes.
What Youll Need
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in employee learning, training processes, and HR tech
- Self-starter attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
