Job Brief
- Understand Business projections and urgencies
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies as per organizational goals and targets
- Understand job description and develop screened candidates pipeline using through channels through job portals, social media, professional networks, job boards
- Internal stakeholder management and develop a referral pipeline for open and prospective requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle. Recruiting responsibility, which involves requirement gathering, Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews, salary discussion & Onboarding.
- Conducted thorough resume evaluations and initial phone screenings, effectively shortlisting candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinated interview schedules, prepared targeted interview questions, and facilitated seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Enhanced the candidate experience through timely updates and constructive feedback, ensuring a positive recruitment journey.
- Managed job offers, negotiated employment terms, and processed onboarding documentation to streamline the hiring process.
- Work on Recruitment analytics and improve performance metrics
- Stakeholder management
Job Responsibilities
- Understand Companies Business and service line and become culture champion
- Close all open positions basis priority
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates basis current and projected open positions
- Stakeholder management and process champion. Guide hiring managers through various recruitment stages
- Initiate process improvements
- Maintain healthy candidate feedback for recruitment journey at Vista
- Onboard and hand hold candidates through initial journey at the organization
Skill Sets
- Education: Graduation / Post Graduation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
- Current experience with ATS will be added advantage
