Job Title: Business Development Manager Domestic IT Staffing (India)
Location: Hyderabad
Office Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Work Mode: Work from Office (No remote/hybrid option)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with proven expertise in Domestic IT Staffing (India market) to lead our growth in the ServiceNow staffing vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong networks with India-based clients, in-depth understanding of contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time hiring models, and experience in staffing ServiceNow professionals across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development for (ServiceNow , Salesforce, Mulesoft ,Jave, .Net,..ect) IT hiring across the Indian domestic market including product companies, system integrators, MNCs, and IT consulting firms.
- Offer end-to-end staffing solutions:
- Contract Staffing
- Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
- Full-time/Permanent Hiring
- Identify, Understand and respond to India-based client needs across the ServiceNow ecosystem Developers, Admins, Architects, Consultants, etc.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and account growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure quality submissions and quick turnaround.
- Negotiate commercials, terms, and SLAs in line with Indian staffing standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, client hiring patterns, and competitive intelligence in the ServiceNow space.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and placement targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing (India market).
- At least 1+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow/ERP-based/IT hiring.
- Proven success in Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time recruitment models for Indian clients.
- Strong network across Indian IT companies, implementation partners, and product firms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to independently handle client acquisition, relationship building, and account growth.
