Job Description

Functional/Application Consultant D365 CE

1. Technical Proficiency in D365 CE

• Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and deploying Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and integration tools PLUS certification such as PL-200

2. Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering

• Ability to engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications aligned with D365 CE capabilities.

3. Solution Design and Architecture

• Experience designing scalable, maintainable CRM solutions.
• Understanding of best practices for security, data modeling, and process automation within D365 CE.

4. Project Implementation Experience

• Hands-on experience in full project lifecycle implementations: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

5. Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, clients, and end-users.
• Ability to present complex solutions in a user-friendly way and conduct training/workshops.

6. Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement Mindset

• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities for system enhancements or process improvements
