Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation
- Meet with prospective homebuyers to assess their loan requirements and financial
- Provide guidance on available home loan products, interest rates, and repayment
- Explain the application process, required documentation, and timelines to
- Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and
- Collect, verify, and evaluate financial documentation such as income statements, credit reports, and tax returns.
- Coordinate with lenders to ensure timely approval and disbursal of
- Maintain relationships with clients throughout the loan process to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Address customer queries and concerns related to loan terms, EMIs, or repayment
- Build and maintain a network of real estate agents, brokers, and developers to generate referrals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and legal
- Conduct risk assessments to minimize defaults and ensure loan approval
- Keep accurate and confidential records of all client transactions and
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by participating in marketing campaigns and events.
- Provide market insights on trends, competition, and customer preferences to the management team.
- Strong understanding of home loan products, financial documentation, and lending
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client eligibility and financial
- Proficiency in CRM and loan management
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling client
