IntouchCX is hiring experienced International Chat Support Executives for a non-voice process. If you have a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, international environment we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via chat to resolve queries in real-time
  
• Provide accurate and complete information on products/services
  
• Handle 2 simultaneous chats efficiently
  
• Ensure top-tier customer experience
  

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months of international chat support experience
  
• Excellent written communication skills in English
  
• Typing speed of 35-45 WPM with 89%+ accuracy
  
• Familiarity with CRM or chat tools is an advantage
  
• Experience with US/UK/Australian customers preferred
  
• Open to rotational and night shifts
