Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven NRI Sales Executive/Manager to identify, engage, and convert high-potential NRI clients across global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with overseas Indian clients by offering tailored solutions to meet their investment or service needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities from the NRI market.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value NRI clients.
  • Develop deep understanding of client needs and recommend relevant products/services.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns, webinars, and events to attract NRI interest.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing NRI customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep up-to-date with global market trends affecting NRI investments and decisions.
  • Ensure all sales activities are tracked and reported using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Key Requirements:

  • Intermediate / Bachelor's degree/ Post Graduate .
  • Experience in sectors such as real banking, insurance and fintech is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and across time zones.
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and buying behaviors of NRIs.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for remote client engagement (CRM, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.).

Compensation:

  • Fixed + Incentives (Performance-driven compensation structure)

Preferred Skills:

  • Languages :- English and Hindi
  • Previous exposure to international sales campaigns
  • Knowledge of investment products and Insurance (if relevant).
