Job Description

Job Position: Process Trainer

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Rotational (Majorly US Shifts), Weekly 2 Days off

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or maximum 30 Days NP

Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 Years on paper experience as a Process Trainer

Skill Sets: In-depth knowledge in TNI, TNA, TTT, OJT, Classroom Training, and Facilitation. Candidates from BPO Industry will be preferred.

OPS Round (Virtual)
