Job Description
- As a Project/Program Management COE Director at Cognizant, you will play a crucial role in leading the global program management community. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing Program Management activities for large-scale, complex, multi-service programs encompassing Application Development and Maintenance, Infrastructure, Business Process, and Digital domains. In addition to managing delivery objectives, you will be accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering client relationships essential for successful program delivery. Your key responsibilities will include establishing and executing program governance, delivery estimation and planning, tracking progress against established metrics, providing insights for improvements, and driving optimal business value through effective scope and change management. You will collaborate with the Commercial/Account Team to identify business value opportunities for clients and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead and support team development, diversity, and inclusion initiatives while contributing to the continuous improvement of the program management community. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 15 years of experience in strategy, operations, process consulting, stakeholder management, and project/program delivery within legacy modernization or digital transformations. Possessing relevant certifications such as PMI, SAFe 5.0, or Prince II is mandatory, along with ITIL experience. You should have a proven track record of delivering complex programs across multiple geographies, managing senior stakeholders, and dealing with contract management. Experience in deal solutioning, risk identification, and program delivery involving multiple service lines is essential for this position. If you have a background in delivering Transformational commitment, productivity goals, offshoring commitments, domain capability services, or niche technology capabilities, this role will be a great fit for you. Your expertise in structured deals, takeover/acquisition, or divestiture programs will be highly valued. This position is based in Bangalore, India.
