Executive Program Manager @ Genpact

Job Description

As a Process Developer in Master Data Management at Genpact, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Understand priorities based on client requirements and adhere to purchase procedures in compliance with spend limits. - Manage requisition backlog and ensure timely release of purchase orders to suppliers. - Create RFX documents and collaborate with suppliers for low-value purchase completion. Develop comparisons in RFQ/RFP documents. - Conduct manual price negotiations or utilize e-auctions. - Coordinate with various partners to secure approvals when necessary. - Engage with multiple partners including category managers, requestors, and inventory control. - Resolve and coordinate operational day-to-day issues with suppliers, requestors, and category buyers. Qualifications we are looking for in you: Minimum qualifications: - Graduation in any discipline. - Significant experience in this domain. - Proficient in English language skills (verbal and written). Preferred qualifications: - Previous experience in Master Data Management and SAP MM.
