Business Analyst, Life Sciences Analytics @ Genpact

Job Description

As a Business Analyst specialized in Life Sciences Analytics at Genpact, you will be responsible for leading business intelligence and analytics projects for a life sciences account. Your role will involve working closely with lead business analysts and customer stakeholders to deliver end-to-end business intelligence solutions using Alteryx, SQL, and ETL tools in the life sciences analytics space. Key Responsibilities: - Work extensively in Alteryx, SQL & ETL tools for life sciences analytics projects. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of RDBMS concepts. - Develop databases, data models, and ETL designs. - Design and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures. - Utilize Alteryx Designer to design and develop ETL workflows and datasets. - Perform data blending, joining, parsing, and data lineage. - Create reports, render layouts, and develop KPIs. - Collaborate with Alteryx gallery to schedule and push apps. - Write SQL queries against RDBMS with query optimization. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Work effectively in team-based and independent environments. - Communicate complex technical concepts effectively. - Interact with end-users and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: **Minimum Qualifications:** - BE/B-Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA **Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:** - Personal drive and positive work ethic to meet tight deadlines. - Flexibility to adapt to various engagement types and work environments. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,
