Job Description

Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing and scheduling candidates for interviews

Employment Mode: Contract (Extension based on performance)

Work Mode: On-site (6 Days a week)

Only Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role & responsibilities:

Immediate Joiners preferred.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing, with a strong focus on niche skill sourcing.
Proficiency in sourcing through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work from the office.
