Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential sub-brokers, APs, and franchisees through various acquisition channels (digital, offline, referrals, events, etc.).
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Pitching & Onboarding: Present the companys offerings, revenue models, and benefits to potential partners, facilitating seamless onboarding.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with onboarded partners, ensuring continuous engagement and support for business growth.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements (as per SEBI & exchange guidelines) are met during the acquisition and onboarding process.
  • Revenue Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of acquired sub-brokers/APs, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Marketing & Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract more partners.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions/webinars to educate partners on product offerings, trading platforms, and business growth strategies.
  • Competition Analysis: Stay updated on competitor strategies and market trends to refine acquisition plans accordingly.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in Sub-broker/AP/Franchisee acquisition in the stock broking or fintech industry.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and SEBI regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
