Job Title: Business Development Manager/Sr. Manager in EB-5 program 
Experience: 7-8 years in EB-5 Sales
Salary: Negotiable
Industry: Real Estate & Investment 

Location: Mumbai 

Role Responsibilities

A) New Business Development:

  1. Responsible for understanding the market, and monitoring the market for information and trends (networking with HNIs, attending industry functions and events, and monitoring industry publications and research)
  2. Researching and prospecting for new EB-5 investors to ensure a robust pipeline of engagements within the market
  3. Act as one of our authorities on project information to respond to investor inquiries about EB-5 Projects
  4. Effectively manage complex contracts negotiations and close new business deals with potential investors.

 B) Channel Partner Relations:

  1. Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners
  2. Establish and build a trusted, welcoming relationship with Channel Partner representatives by calls, emails, and a developing systematized approach to engaging with the Channel network.
  3. Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated
  4. Develop and maintain financial and non-financial metrics to measure channel partner performance, including partner company financials, partner sales bookings, partner marketing capabilities, partner service capabilities, and partner management capabilities
  5. Train sales associates within channel and attend client meetings with them where possible

Knowledge & Professional Skill:

Demonstrated excellence in the field of EB-5 business development. Proven expertise in the building, growing and servicing of a business. Strong understanding of and experience in the environment of investments, financial planning, investment consulting. Demonstrated experience in the management of a team at a professional level. Effective, commercial experience running a business unit.
