Job Role: Inside Sales

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Noida

Shift Timing: Night Shift: 9:00 PM 5:30 AM IST


Technical Skill Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent knowledge in Software Technologies

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for lead/opportunity generation.
  • Conduct calls, send emails, and connect via social media to generate leads.
  • Schedule "first meetings" for sales/pre-sales.
  • Conduct customer surveys.
  • Identify participants for events.
  • Bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.

Required Skills:

Sales Skills:

  • Understanding of prospect (people we are calling into) roles
  • Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Understanding of the US Market, various industries, seniority levels within a customer
  • Basic understanding of sales process
  • Experience working in Software Services Industry with good understanding of the technologies

Soft Skills:

  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Team player
  • Relationship building
  • Time management
  • Should be able to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to perform under high pressure
  • Experience working night shift
  • Should have a stable job history
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Positive attitude
