Job Description

We are looking for a passionate HR Leader who has done recruitment across all levels, especially leadership niche hiring in IT, and has at least 5-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience in an organization of repute, preferably in HR Consultancy / IT / Ecommerce / Product companies. Understands the entire life cycle of recruitment well and knows how to interact well with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Client handling ability which includes understanding mandates, managing hiring team expectations, and building long term relationships
  • Responsible for identifying and sourcing prospective candidates from various sources (including but not limited to Job Boards / Social Media / Head Hunting / Referal Programs.
  • Screening and assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
  • Presenting shortlisted candidates with profile summaries to the hiring managers.
  • Scheduling Coordinating and facilitating any type of Interview as required by the hiring manager.
  • Follow-up, guide and facilitate the negotiation process when required.
  • Follow up with the candidates transition and on-boarding process.
  • Network and build long-lasting relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Possess excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and have excellent email skills.
  • Should be able to work on ATS platforms.
Required Candidate Skill set:
  • 5+ years experience in Recruitment (preferably IT)
  • Ambitious, Passionate, Hardworking And Enthusiastic About Recruitment.
  • Prior experience and notable talent in client management and business development.
  • Possess excellent communication (written and oral) and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Should be comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and have excellent email skills
  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Recruitment, or similar
  • Expert knowledge of all interview, assessment, and selection techniques
  • Expert knowledge of HR databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Vast experience with common HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong decision-making ability
  • Vast coaching experience
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
