Resource must have 3 to 4 years of experience in the Switch Applications and 1-2 years of experience with TANGO.
Oversee system health, configurations, and upgrades of Lusis Tango.
Analyze high-impact incidents; lead root cause analysis and post-mortems.
Maintain configuration baselines, documentation, and change control records.
Coordinate with Lusis vendor for advanced troubleshooting and updates.
Liaise with cross-functional teams: infrastructure, development, QA, and business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal security, risk, and audit requirements.
Familiarity with databases (MySQL), log analysis, and transaction tracing.
Familiarity in Linux, including scripting and process management.
