Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Client Acquisition:Identifying and prospecting potential clients within the recruitment space, including companies with ongoing or anticipated hiring needs.
  • Relationship Building:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their specific recruitment requirements, and building trust.
  • Sales Strategy:Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the consultancy's business.
  • Needs Assessment:Collaborating with clients to understand their talent requirements, including job descriptions, required skills, and company culture.
  • Presentations and Proposals:Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the consultancy's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Contract Negotiation:Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • CRM Management:Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Market Awareness:Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
  • Collaboration:Working closely with recruitment consultants and other team members to ensure a seamless and successful recruitment process for clients.
  • Meeting Targets:Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives set by the consultancy
