we are looking for an Senior Executive (Finance & Accounts)
Location: Hyderabad Airport

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. oversees the development and operations of the finance departments in the company
2. reviews new financial policies and budgets in the organisation
3. creates and analyses financial monthly or annual reports to senior managers
4. oversees the company's financial procedures by training, recruiting and conducting regular assessments of employees in the finance department
5. supervises the preparation of the account reconciliation
6. assists with the company's cash flow forecasting
7. monitors and enforces compliance with tax and financial reporting standards
8. mediates between employees, shareholders, investors and organisations on the company's financial issues
9. advises the board of directors on decisions concerning the organisation's finances
10. develops investment strategies to increase the company's working capital for the expansion of the business
11. creates business plans based on the financial forecasts and the analysis of the company's status
12. prepares the company's financial report and monitors accounting records
13. supports the organisation's goal by ensuring that its financial position guarantees success
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience: Minimum 6+ Year
2. Skills: MIS, Self analysis, Good interpersonal and communication skills
