Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Creating and maintaining dashboards with operational and business metrics
- Prepare Business Review Presentations - perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews of current processes
- Supporting the continuous optimization of operating models and reporting practices
- Improving operational systems by analyzing current practices, including designing and writing potential modifications and support in their maintenance.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues and communicate them effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst/MIS Analyst or similar roles
- Able to adapt quickly to changes in workflows and a team-player who can also work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written), including the ability to clearly communicate in a dynamic environment across all levels
- Able to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
- Understanding of business processes and improvement methods
- Understanding of departmental policies and procedures
- Strong fundamental knowledge of calculations and Operation metrics (SLA Metrics such as Productivity, Quality,etc)
- Knowledge of:
Google Sheets/ MS Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions and macro functions)
Advance SQL
PLX
Google Apps Script or JavaScript
