Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Analyze real-time data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in workforce management.
  • Develop and maintain reports using MIS tools to provide insights on staffing levels, productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements that optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
  • Provide expert advice on RTA (Real Time Analysis) best practices to ensure accurate forecasting and scheduling.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-6 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
  • Strong understanding of MIS analytics principles and ability to create complex reports from large datasets.
  • Proficiency in RTA software applications such as [insert specific software].
