Job Profile: Franchise Manager - Sales Team Leader Position Overview: The Franchise Manager - Sales Team Leader plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue generation within the franchise network. Responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales executives or representatives, this role involves setting targets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives across all franchise units. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales executives or representatives within the franchise network, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed sales targets. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and growth targets of the franchise network. Target Setting and Monitoring: Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for individual team members and franchise units, closely monitoring performance against goals and implementing corrective measures as needed. Sales Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote and sell franchise offerings. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization.
