Good negotiation and conflict management skills. Highly self-motivated and directed, requiring minimal supervision. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Create and maintain process documentation. Work Experience Total of at least 3-4 years" experience in Telecommunications of which at least 2 years" experience in Project Management Experience in Stakeholder, Resource & Vendor. Management. Experience in telecom project analysis & Planning standards. Experience in Telecom Project Monitoring & Control. Other knowledge/skills Major Activities: Scope Analysis Project team forming.
