Objective A sales executive is to generate revenue for their organisation by selling products or services to customers. To achieve this overarching goal, sales executives typically have several key objectives and responsibilities: Achieve Sales Targets Prospecting & Lead Generation Customer Relationship Building Product Knowledge Sales Presentations Closing Deals Sales Strategy Reporting & Analysis Customer Feedback Continuous Learning Team Collaboration. Key Activities Generate Leads from cold calling, networking & other sources. Daily Meeting With prospective Clients Follow up on the Leads Generated Present & promote products to existing and prospective customers Develop and maintain customer relationships Skills Required (Job Specific) Domain Experience ( FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS ) Language Proficiency ( English or Hindi ) Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Google sheets , PPT,) Experience with CRM software Comfortable in delivering. presentations. Communication Skills Team Player Confident & Soft-Spoken Attractive Personality Great Follow up Skills Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints Persistent and results-oriented Patient and able to handle customer rejection
