Company Description SPECULA EXTERIORS & INTERIORS Role Description We have four full-time on-site role for Business Development Executive to Calicut, Malappuram,Kannur, Wayanad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Business Development Executive will also conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide feedback to the management team. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Knowledge of market trends and industry insights Strong presentation and networking skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft. Office suite Ability to travel when required Experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
