Multi Lingual candidate will be prefered.
Candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry as a Trainer.
Should have trained on Insurance/ Banking products.
Should have good communication grip in English Language.
Should be proficient with MIS skills (MS Office)
Ability to create and revamp training content.
Candidate with Life Insurance, Investment experience shall be preferred.
Should be able to deliver Induction & Other Skill based Program for the fresh recruits.
Will have to conduct Product & Process Training and manage coaching for the existing workforces.
Requirements-Graduate in any stream.
Previous experience working as a InsuranceTrainer.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Patience and resilience.
