KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following are general responsibilities of a trainer:
- To ensure that all employees from the process assigned to are provided with the knowledge of FNFI business practices and Procedures
- To design, create and deliver job specific training to all new/existing employees
- To effectively communicate with internal and external clients and manage related challenges and conflicts
- To consistently improve new employee training material and procedures
- To regularly plan and hold coaching and feedback sessions with employees
- To evaluate and measure training activities and effectiveness
- To participate/Spearhead projects-Process and Business
- To get effectively cross trained on various areas of the industry and become competent
- Define objectives for a course and/or curriculum.
- Outline the concept for a course or curriculum, defining (needs for) the course medium, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches.
- Design quizzes and meaningful course interactions to increase learning and retention.
- Use PowerPoint to draft screen layouts, graphics and interactions appropriate to the content.
