Job Summary As a Project Manager Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing the development and delivery of software projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and client expectations. You will play a pivotal role in project planning, execution, and completion, working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong coding background and has transitioned into project management, possessing a blend of technical and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of software projects, including defining. project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and progress. Monitor and report on project progress, managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns. Ensure the quality standards of software development are met through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. Foster a collaborative team environment, guiding and mentoring team members, and ensuring the professional growth and development of the team. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into projects to enhance our offerings and maintain competitiveness. Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with hands-on coding experience. Proven experience in project management in the IT or software services industry, with a track record of successfully delivered projects. Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams and projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in English.
