Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Data Scientist & PM In this role, you will play a critical role in leading our data science. initiatives and managing project execution. You will be responsible for overseeing a team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in data science along with exceptional project management skills. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team, including Data Scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Drive the development and implementation of advanced data science solutions to address business challenges and opportunities. Conduct thorough research on state-of-the-art generative AI techniques, stay up to date with the latest advancements, and apply them to enhance the capabilities of LLM models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Utilize your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning to extract insights and generate actionable recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and identifying potential risks or issues. Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance our data science capabilities and drive innovation. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications BE/B Tech/MCA Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Master's or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus. Proven experience years in a leadership role, managing teams of data scientists and project managers in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in data science, with expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, as well as data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib, Tableau). Demonstrated success in leading complex projects from conception to completion, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is preferred. Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of advancements in data science and project management methodologies.
