Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Head - VM & Instore Communication, Grocery to join our team at Reliance Retail. As the Head of VM & Instore Communication, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of visual merchandising and instore communication for our Grocery division. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Qualifications and Skills More than 10 years of experience in visual merchandising, instore communication, and display design, preferably. in the retail industry In-depth knowledge of in-store marketing principles and creative design Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proven track record of successfully executing visual merchandising strategies and driving sales results Experience in vendor management and negotiation Innovative and creative mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Proficiency in using visual merchandising software and tools Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies and plans for our Grocery division, ensuring that our stores provide an exceptional shopping experience Manage and lead a team of visual merchandisers and instore communication professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate visual merchandising and instore communication concepts into various marketing campaigns and promotions Create and maintain standards and guidelines for visual merchandising and instore communication, ensuring consistency across all stores Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation Work closely with vendors and suppliers to develop and source innovative display designs and materials Optimize store layouts and product placements to maximize sales and enhance the overall customer journey Coordinate with store managers to ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising and instore communication plans Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies in visual merchandising and instore communication
