Job Description

: Job Brief: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to work on the Digital Marketing Activities for an industry re-defining start-up. The DMM will be responsible for the performance of digital marketing activities and partner closely with the extended marketing, customer experience and sales teams. As the organization is currently in the setting-up phase, he/she will be expected to have an entrepreneurial mindset and an enthusiasm to learn and grow with the organization. Ultimately, the candidate would be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of the digital marketing activities in conjunction with the marketing and business objectives. Responsibilities: Social Media: Responsible for the social media strategy and operations which includes planning, directing, and executing marketing content amplification as well as engaging with. followers across social media platforms to the community of existing audiences Oversee day-to-day social media and community activities including coordinating content to support daily posts, moderating online community discussions and managing the brands online presence Align social media strategy and content to brand messages and marketing campaign priorities Coordinate and collaborate across internal teams (Marketing, Brand, Product, Services) team along with external partners (Agencies, Publishers, etc) Set and manage goals for content performance working with the team to adjust tactics accordingly Share best practices with internal stakeholders Content: Work on the Content Strategy across various platforms Own the creative thinking and execution process to bring life to the idea Tactical content pieces for short term to support business growth and objectives Strategic long term Property creation to increase brand equity Website: Manage website designs, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity. Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement design strategies that enhance user engagement and conversion rates. Champion user-centric design principles to enhance the overall user experience of our websites, conducting user testing and gathering feedback. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve and innovate our web design. Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of our websites, making data-driven design decisions. Campaign Management: Build the digital approach for the campaign briefs shared by Brand, Product, Services, etc. Creative Approach (icl. Influencers if reqd) Media Approach Budget Management Content/Creatives Development (Production vs Stock; AV vs Display; etc) Peripherals (if any) (e.g. Society phygital activations) Monitor and Execute Digital Campaigns Support in Execution of IMC campaigns Campaign Analytics and Insights thereof Qualifications & Experience: Around 4-7 years in a Digital Media Marketing Role at a Leading Digital Marketing Agency or Consumer facing brand / organization Should have had exposure to Social Media Management, Content Marketing, SEM, SEO, Digital Campaign Management, Affiliates Knowledge of new tools, trends, and best practices in the ever evolving space of digital marketing. Hands on would be a plus Education: Full time MBA graduate would be preferred Industry preference (as an agency partner or employee): FMCG, Consumer Durables, E-Commerce, BFSI, Retail & Digital First Brands Classical T-Shaped digital marketer. Experience in Content, SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic, SMM, Rich Media Advertising with specialization in Social Media, Content & Creatives Good Interpersonal skills across internal hierarchy and external partners - Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority - to deliver results on time and within budget. Should be comfortable with a fast paced environment to get the job done Qualifications: Post Graduate Minimum Experience Level: 3-8 Years Report to: Assistant General Manager
