The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Ruby on Rails development and a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Ruby on Rails Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications that meet our clients" needs and business objectives. Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Ruby on Rails applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior developers, product managers, and designers to gather requirements and implement features. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and learn from senior developers to improve coding skills. Implement automated. tests and participate in QA processes to ensure application reliability and performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Ruby on Rails development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools to increase efficiency and productivity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development. Strong understanding of Ruby programming language and the Rails framework. Familiarity with web development concepts such as MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
