Roles and Responsibilities (Team Leader): Should have Minimum 1 to 6 years experience in any Sales + customer service process as a TL or Manager level. Should have excellent communication in English. Handled 10 to 15 agents in a batch (Preferable). Should be able to manage daily shrinkage and control Attrition Should know people management and Team Management Should be aware of KPI and KRA. Manage and drive sales team target and performance Develop the sales team through coaching and training and identifying skills gaps Should have knowledge on Data Analysis, Reports management and sales target oriented. Skills Required: - CSAT, Attrition, Shrinkage. - Hardcore voice process/ selling experience as well as team leading experience. - Good team handling experience, target oriented, Familiar with business metrics. - Should have min 1 year of experience - Excellent communication skills. - Confidence and skilful negotiating skills. Job Types: Full-time.
