Job Description

Role: Talent Acquisition Intern Location: India Work type: WFH (work from home) Duration: 6 months Stipend: 10k - 15k pm Roles & Responsibilities: Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system. Support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and job postings. Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and. recruitment events. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Skill Sets Currently pursuing a graduation or post-graduation degree in any specific domain and willing to join recruitment. Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus. Prior experience in HR or recruitment (internships, volunteer work, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment
