The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for staffing and hiring healthcare professionals, providing excellent customer service, and communicating with clients and candidates. The role would primarily compriase of liasioning with the hospitals or hospital chains within India to provide them with the required services. Qualifications Experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to effectively screen and interview candidates Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience. with applicant tracking systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
