Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Product Manager located in Rajkot. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of EPP's product portfolio. This includes conducting market research, analyzing customer needs and preferences, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to. develop new products, and monitoring product performance and profitability. The Product Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing product strategies, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying opportunities for product enhancements and innovation. Qualifications BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical & M.Tech/ MBA Strong grasp of product management principles and practices Experience in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management and prioritization Knowledge of the Composite Industry and related technologies
