Production and Planning Executive Position: Production and Planning Executive Reporting to: General Manager Location: Mumbai Education: BE / B. Tech (Mechanical preferred) Experience: 2 to 3 years Skills Required: Management skills Maintaining IR Effective Email Communication Ms-Office applications proficiency Job Responsibilities: 1. To interact with customers on the progress of repair activities on their components. 2. To provide technical support and guidelines to technician working in the workshop. 3. To support Workshop Manger to handle all workshops. 4. To maintain good IR with customers, OEM, etc. 5. Analyze processes and activities to identify opportunities for improvement of the department. 6. Ensure adequate availability of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area. 7. Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area. 8. KPI sheet maintenance with proper reasoning for above product lines. 9. Performing. day-to-day tasks/operations as assigned by the senior personnel. 10. Plan and oversee shop throughput in accordance with FIFO / Customer request and applicable TAT conditions. 11. Analyze and forecast Unit flows for shop requirements (equipment, tooling, personnel, etc.) and share data for stores and inventory planning purpose.
