Role Description This is a full-time leadership role for all locations with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. The Circle Manager will be responsible for achievement of Annual Operating Plan for the respective Circle aligned to Axis Bank Partnership, overseeing the team's tasks and priorities, and ensuring efficient and effective workflow. Additionally, they will assist with customer service tasks, provide training. and mentorship to the team, and contribute to the achievement of business goals. Qualifications Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and team management skills Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of general insurance products and services Proficiency in Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a similar role
