The Senior Area Manager will be responsible for managing a team of front-line managers and financial advisors within their assigned geographic area. Their day-to-day tasks will include overseeing sales and recruitment efforts, maintaining compliance, and conducting training and development sessions. Qualifications Excellent leadership and managerial skills Proven track record in sales and business development Strong knowledge. of the financial services industry Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive performance Experience in managing and developing teams Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Certifications such as AMFI, IRDAI, or CFP would be beneficial
