Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life located in Bhopal. The Insurance Manager will be responsible for team management, customer service, and sales. The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the insurance department, managing a team, interacting with customers, and driving sales. Some remote work is acceptable for this role. Qualifications Finance and Insurance knowledge Experience in team management and customer. service Strong sales skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and insurance software Relevant certifications or licenses is a plus
