Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Branch Manager at Care Insurance located in Shimla. As a Senior Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch, including overseeing operations, sales, customer service, and team management. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets. and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. Qualifications Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and products Excellent leadership and people management skills Ability to analyze and interpret financial data Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Relevant certifications or licenses
