Position: Finance and Accounts Head Reporting to: CFO and CMD Salary : 1,00,000 CTC/Month Location: Mumbai Education: CA intermediate, Bachelors of accounting and finance. Experience: 8 to 10 years Skills Required: Management skills Effective Communication Analytical Skills Effective Forecasting Job Responsibilities: Accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of a business. Controlling and overseeing the entire organization Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets. Monitor and direct strategic business plans Develop financial and tax strategies Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities Driving the companys financial planning Performing risk. management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks Control and evaluate the organizations fundraising plans and capital structure Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports Ensure compliance with the law and companys policies Liaison with Auditors, preparation of Tax audit schedule, resolving queries of Tax audit. Assisting and preparation of data for Income tax scrutiny
