We are hiring L1 engineer for India's only leading manufacturers of High Precision CNC Rotary Tables, CNC Tilting Tables and accessories providing complex indexing & machining solutions to their customers
working Days : Monday to Saturday
Preferred : Male
work timing: General timing
Academic background : B.S.C/B.E in IT or Computer Science
Major Preferred - Information Technology or Computer Science
Work Experience 2-3 years - Deserving candidates can also be considered
Preferred Industry - Knowledge in manufacturing industry is a must
Job Description / Responsibilities
General Purpose UCAM is seeking an IT L1 Engineer to provide support for the day-to-day functions of the IT Department.
Main/ Essential Task
Addressing hardware, software, and networking issues.
Managing the day-to-day operations of enterprise systems
Managing all software licenses in the organization
Experience in a ticketing tool like Manage Engine.
Managing telecommunication devices like mobiles and tablets.
Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments.
Handling GCPW admin and Google Workspace-related issues.
Assisting users in connecting to video conferencing applications such as Google Chrome Meet, Webex, etc.
Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems.
Conducting remote troubleshooting.
Asset inventory management.
Hands-on experience in local and network printers.
CCTV monitoring and IP address assignment.
Basics Knowledge on Leading cloud data center management
Basics knowledge of Solidworks and PDM Database Management.
Basic Knowledge on Disaster Recovery.
Knowledge of Basic Networking and Aruba AP configuration and installation.
Supporting digitization on the shop floor.
Must have experience in Switch and Router management.
Skills Required
Oral and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
Experience in Windows Server administration (Server 2019 and 2022).
Familiarity with Google Workspace is an added advantage.
Proficient in Network Administration.
