Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (sourcing)
  
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals
  
• Source candidates through multiple channels (Job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.)
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit
  
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams
  
• Manage offer negotiations and close candidates within defined timelines
  
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals
  
• Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates to Manager
