Job Description

• 4 to 6 yrs exp in Technical Support (L2)
• Must have knowledge of Identity Management & Access Management (IAM) Solutions related support.
• Knowledge of Atos DirX, onboarding of users Authentication / Authorization
• Knowledge of Java, HTML will be a huge plus
• Very Good Spoken and Written English communication Skills
• Readiness to work in German Business Hours, will follow German Calendar
• Good Excel Skills, ability to work with and load huge / batch files
• Proactive & Agile mindset
• Experience in ticketing / incidence tools is a must.
• Experience in provider-based services is a plus.
• IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification is a plus.
• Problem solving and research skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (mandatory).
• Sharepoint/Wiki or/and webpage skills are a plus.Collaboration, Strategic thinking & planning with good organization skills are a must.
• Good understanding of data security, application security, identity & access management.
• Experience on Oracle Access Manager or NetIQ Access Manager or ForgeRock or Okta or SailPoint
