Role & responsibilities

Prefe

Linux

In-depth knowledge of various Linux flavours - Red Hat, CentOS, Fedora, Kali, SuSE & Ubuntu

Administration - User, Patch and Package Management (yum, rpm, apt, zypper)

Networking Services - Samba, NFS, autofs, NTP, FTP, NIS, DHCP, DNS, http, Squid, LDAP, kickstart, PXE boot

RAID & Filesystems - Hardware & Software RAID, LVM, EXT4, XFS, NFS

Managing Linux on various Cloud Server like AWS& Azure

OS Hardening and Security

Virtualization Techniques - Xen & VMware

Monitoring Tools - top, ps, iostat, nmap, netstat, Webmin, Ganglia, Nagios

Kernel upgrade & patch management

Backup and restore a utility - tar, rsync, scp.

Performance Tuning

BASH Shell Scripting

Troubleshooting Skills - File System Problem, booting issues, TCP/IP issues

Scripting Language

Good experience on writing bash / python scripting to automate the process.

Knowledge on Python scripting is a plus

Mailing Solutions

In-depth knowledge of Zimbra Mailing Solution and administration and deployment.

In-depth knowledge of Zimbra deployment in HA.

In-depth knowledge of Postfix mail service.

Good experience of Migration tasks like hosting and mailing, Configuration

Troubleshooting Skills spamming issue, Blacklist issue.

Trend micro and Sophos spam engine administration.

Knowledge of cloud (AWS & Azure) services is a plus.red candidate profile
