• Manager: Bancassurance will be responsible for handling an on-roll team of 6–10 sales managers in the Bancassurance Channel.
• Has to handle 2–5 branches of a bank.
• Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning, & execution of the banca team.
• Building good relationships with the bank's cluster head,  branch staff, and allied staff to achieve the cluster sales target.

Required Candidate profile

Team-handling experience is preferred.

• Must have at least 4 years of experience in the life insurance sector.
• Should be a Graduate
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local geographical area.
