Qualifications Office administration and front office management skills Strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellent customer service Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include attention to detail. problem-solving abilities, knowledge of hotel operations, and experience in the hospitality industry. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
