The Front Office Manager will be responsible for office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk, and effective communication with guests and staff. Qualifications Office Administration and Front Office Management skills Customer. satisfaction and exceptional customer service abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
